Her salon is very inviting and always immaculate. Joy talked me through the process and gave me skin care tips along the way. I have been seeing her every 5 weeks since! She always makes me feel comfortable and my skin is in the best condition its ever been in, thanks to her. I never have pain during the wax, and it doesn’t take very long! Beyond waxing, she’s also helped me with products for my pre-teen’s acne and sun protection for my freckle faced, fair-skinned 8 year old. She really knows her stuff!
