I’ve been going coming here a little over a year and a half after having one VERY bad Brazilian experience and then going to a well known waxing company for a year or so. Sierra is top notch. Not only is she super sweet and professional but she creates relationship with her clients so it doesn’t feel like “just another service”. Critical: ProfessionalismFirst of all I admit things happen and I was late…DURING THE GRACE PERIOD POLICY. When I got there talked to me thru the window and called me 25 minutes later to see if “I left or was still there” .. .
