This is the first wax specialist that has ever given me after care tools and instructions that have helped with my sensitive skin. You can truly tell Courtney cares about her job and my wax results and her work space is very clean (wearing gloves and using new sticks every dip). She will be the ONLY wax specialist I use from now on, I will never go back to those big chains.
