I had to come back with a new review after today’s experience. Honestly, Gisele is the only positive when it comes to this place. You will not be disappointed with your waxing experience with HER. However, a receptionist is one who sets the tone for a business upon entering and exiting and the receptionist at Wax Spa needs customer service training 101. She alone will turn you off from the business.

To start I was not even asked what look I was going to desire as. Was asked 3 times before… first time they accepted a Groupon second visit they did not so I was ok… the fine print in Groupon did not mention that you could use it only one time… las two visits she did not offer a mirror for me to check the look. Paid 195 on September 3 and the lil kid they have in the register asked me if I will pay $85 told her I wanted just to tip because I had paid she told me you paid in August but I show her my $195 receipt. So hen I wen to my car and check I was not pleased, came inside and told her what options I had she told me I could pay $65 and come Friday at 5 I replied I was not happy with today service to what she said ah because you have a NORMAL set I told her is not what I usually get then I decided to wait for Carolina who proceeded to lecture me about having glue… I did put mascara not glue plus I was makeup free since Thursday anyways she told me as a “favor” she will add fullness on 9/25 at 3:15. I was pleased before despide the jack up charges that are so random like I never know what I will end up paying. Was looking to be a regular but she implied I had strip lashes was not cool she said I am loosing my lashes ? Not sure what she does if she cuts them before I’m new doing this anyways since seems to be my fault not being happy with a service that I immediately informed the lash artist about concerns me and makes me reconsider if this will be my forever business to support… alway like small business but hate feel cheated and basically called a liar, the kid told me you have a normal set the mother that I was losing hair did not checked with me if I was pleased like she needed to let me go… I’m not sure if was a bad day but that was wrong in so many levels. We shall see how it goes tomorrow.
