Had the best waxing experience I’ve ever had with Carmen at wax reveal. I’ve been getting waxed for years and she’s the first one who makes me want to return and be consistent with waxing. On my first visit she was so thorough and detail oriented. Gave me a tour of her suite and explained everything she was doing. You can tell she loves what she does and is so proud of her business. Everything from her automated appointment reminders down to her suite was well thought out. She’s so kind and gives so many helpful tips custom to what you need. Carmen is the sweetest and super hospitable. I was so scared to go back to waxing after a terrible previous experience and when my girlfriend recommended her I decided I would try again years later. I am so glad I did. She is extremely gentle and informative. I felt very comfortable. My wax is always perfect and make sure to try the hydro jelly treatments after your wax, they are my favorite !! Not to mention, her suite is so adorable and relaxing. If I could give a billion stars I would. Definitely recommend.
