She was so sweet and polite, but also really fun to talk to. Her professionalism was great as well! She was quick and efficient but also made it fun and positive experience even though waxing is painful. Margot gave me proper cleaning supplies with wipes and rose water. She was very gentle and counted beforehand to help ease the stress of a bikini wax. I had a scar area and she was very careful and helpful with skin! Talking to her felt like speaking with a close family member. She was so nice and kind but also very professional and got the wax done quickly in a short amount of time but also I barely noticed the small seconds of pain because we were talking and she was very efficient. It was my first time here and it’s already my new favourite Wax studio in Orlando! I’ve been several places but this one was Clean, Kind, Helpful, Friendly, and even Quick! My skin usually reacts sensitively but my final result feels so clean and smooth after going to Wax Orlando. I have no bumps and my skin feels soft and fresh. I have never had any professional waxing done before but had always wanted to try it, so I jumped straight to the point and got a full Brazilian! I was nervous and had some questions, so I emailed them; all my questions were answered within a day and my appointment was set. The place was easy to find and I ended up being early (I was told once I arrived that it is best to arrive right on time), but Renata just happen to be available anyway. The place was very clean, calming and Renata let me know the process before getting started. As a male getting his first waxing, let alone a Brazilian, I was nervous and a little scared of the pain, but between the technique and casual conversation the experience was less painful than I anticipated. Renata was very nice, professional and personable so it made me feel more at ease during my visit. I was in and out in about 40 minutes which I was surprised how fast it was. I am happy with the results as I feel great, any irritation was minimal and completely diminished within 8-12 hours and I only found a few rough hairs that I plucked myself in the couple days afterward. Compared to other places around my part of town, Wax Orlando is priced very competitively from my own research (at least for males) so you will not be breaking the bank coming here either. I got waxed for the first time in years. I was worried because I didn’t want someone to ruin my brows but just clean them up a little. I decided to go into Wax Orlando after reading all the good reviews and they are absolutely true. The place was small and cute but also very clean.
