Mary Jo is excellent and has a great personality! I agree she is a perfectionist and won’t move on until it looks just right. I can tell she loves what she does and makes the time worthwhile. The procedure is less painful compared to wax strips since she uses a wax from Paris and makes your skin look super smooth. I have been going to MaryJo Lara since she’s opened up her business & she is the best !!! The thing I like best about her is that she’s OCD about every single hair !!!! So no hairs get left behind. She’s very outgoing and easy to get a long with. Also, the eyebrow tinting is a big help for me because I like to fill in my eyebrows & when I get them tinted, I don’t have to even fill in my eyebrows !! It’s so convenient !!!! I would most definitely recommend Mary Jo for any waxing service that you would want! She’s very quick and it’s a very relaxing scenery not to mention the bed is very comfortable!!!

Came because of a Groupon. She does amazing work every time. I’ve done the Brazilian and half legs. She’ll take her time and make sure all the hairs are gone. She’ll also make you feel very comfortable. She’s a talker, so if you prefer that, she’s you gal.

I got my Brazilian and full leg waxed here by Mary Jo. I haven’t shaved my legs in MONTHS so that I could achieve a very smooth after result and I ended up leaving with prickly legs and patches of hair leftover. Imagine you shave your legs and then wait 3 days and it’s prickly all over: that’s how my legs feel. I’m extremely disappointed because I have to book an appointment at another waxing studio to go over both of my legs so that I can achieve the initial desired result. If I didn’t, I’d have to shave all over which COMPLETELY defeats the point of why I got waxed!
