Absolutely love this place. Ina is the BEST. Makes you feel super comfortable, not judgmental at all like other waxers. I’ve been going to this salon and having Ina wax my brows for over 4 years now. I even moved away to college over 4 hours away and I drive to Miami just to see her! She is by far the best brow artist, and has such affordable prices. She makes me feel so at home, always makes the best conversation, and really takes her time making my brows perfect, all while playing relaxing spa music. I really recommend this place!

Waited over a half an hour while she took TWO other clients who arrived after me. One had an appointment 15 minutes before mine and the other customer arrived at 12:40 so how exactly could that appointment have been before mine! The girl saying she was running “a little bit late” is roughly 10 minutes, if you’re going to make your customers wait more than a half an hour you need to say that NOT a little bit late! Not to mention it was obvious the second customer she took was her friend. I called back to make another appointment explaining she took up my lunch hour from work and she wouldn’t accommodate me. Great customer service this place has!

Very disappointed!!! I tried to use a groupon voucher and she didn’t accepted. At my first visit I waited 30 minutes and when I got she just told me to have a sit, no apology or nice welcome….then when she finished with the client she had she told me that I came to early, that I came at the wrong time, but even so she was still late for 10 min and no apology or nice attitude. I thought maybe she has a bad day… After the waxing I asked about the voucher on groupon and she said is not for what I had and I can’t use one so I didn’t. Second time I bought one voucher because the description and the price was the same that I had first time, so … she lied…. but she didn’t accepted because it was my second visit and the voucher is for new clients only. My opinion is that she doesn’t really want to accept voucher because for her means less money and she is using groupon just for publicity.
