I’ve only had great experiences. They are professional, clean, and good at what they do. I usually go for bikini or brazilians, which can actually be terrible painful experiences, but they are quick and (relatively) painless. My boyfriend has also gone in to do his eyebrows and loves it.

Wax was painfully hot, and I was given mineral oil (baby oil) to use following the treatment in order to remove the wax that clung to my skin. Wax was painfully hot, and I was given mineral oil (baby oil) to use following the treatment in order to remove the wax that clung to my skin. I went here for a brazilian before my wedding and didn’t have a great experience. The technician used wax that was way too hot, left a lot of patches, and created a landing strip that was totally off-center and comical looking. It was more painful than usual and whatever is in the wax they use caused my skin to break out in a slight rash and I had ingrown hairs for weeks. I would not recommend this place! Splurge on a higher quality salon.
