Lovely freakin place! Great beautiful staff! My experience was short but lovely. I love the environment and the vibes from the staff. Beautifully decorated. My waxing experience wasn’t even painful. Just did lip and nose and walked in and they squeezed me in. I just flew in from Texas and coming here was very welcoming to Kansas.

In addition to her being the ultimate brow slayer, she creates such a cozy environment for other services she offers including facials and natal char readings. I’m in town for parent weekend. Last minute I decided to book a wax(lip, nose and chin). I used their on-line booking system because they were not yet open so I could not call. I chose a 1pm with no preference of who would do the wax. I filled out pre-paperwork on-line. Easy process. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early, no one out at the desk to greet me. I finally said “hello!” Someone came out. Told her I had an appointment. It was about 1:07 by then. I guess I was scheduled with Liz, she said it would be a bit but couldn’t tell me how long. I told her I was on was on a tight schedule. She said she could do my waxing. I said I could cancel, I just didn’t want to be charged. She said it was fine, she proceeded to to the wax. About 1:25 Liz walked in and asked if I was her client. I would have waited 25min! I was a bit flustered by this time. She gave me a mirror to check her work, it was kinda dark and I said I think it looked ok. I left a nice tip, but shouldn’t have, as the day went on my chin started to hurt a bit. when I got back to my hotel and check my chin, she burned it and left so much hair. The nose and lip where fine.

My daughter visited this salon for a lamination + wax. She filled out the clientele paperwork beforehand and specifically stated that she was taking acne medication. The esthetician went ahead and began waxing her without reading her paperwork or asking if she was on a retinoid. My daughter had said multiple times that she has not been waxed in years and hasn’t touched her eyebrows in over a year. Once she began waxing, Liz said “oh I forgot to ask, you’re not on a retinoid right?” Due to Liz’s negligence, my daughter is now suffering severe burn because the wax lifted her skin. My daughter apologized for her lack of knowledge, but it is also the professional’s responsibility to make sure that the service they provide will not have severe and dangerous reactions with medication that they are on. Liz also went ahead and charged her for the entire service (including a wax) without offering her a receipt, telling her her total, or even telling her that she charged her.

Jasmine did my eyebrows. The bottom is clearly the before and the top is the after. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable. The shop uses wax and strips, and they have a great referral program!

Jasmine was Great! She’s fast, efficient and super friendly. This was my first visit for waxing. Going, back again next week for a dermaplaning with Jana. They have a ton of services….can’t wait to try some more!!
