Yesterday was my first Brazilian wax experience and I was definitely nervous and did not know what to expect. Ali made me feel 100% comfortable and told me what she was doing and when. I was able to make my next appointment with her right before I left. She gave me an aftercare card which was amazing. Her system notified me to remind me of my appointment which was extremely helpful. The whole experience was so easy and I will be back and recommending her to all friends. I went to Ali for my first ever waxing. She was great and made sure to let me know what exactly she was doing every step of the way. A year later I receive an email of her monthly promotions and decided to book an appointment with her again. When I got there she greeted me like an old friend and we chatted the whole time! By the time I knew it she was done with the service and she gave me tips and tricks for the little bit of ingrown hair problems I was having. She has her own supply of products and she encourages you to buy them but she also lets you know of home or cheaper products that will help in case you can’t afford what she has. I’m 45 minutes away from her location, but the drive over there is definitely worth it!
