Keary was my stylist. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She even squeezed me in last minute. My hair is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was extremely nice and personable. I have really long hair. I was expecting to pay more than I actually did. Prices were very fair. I will be coming here from now on for all my hair care needs. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! ❤️

I have never left a poor review.. seems such a waist of time to me. But this was an unbelievably poor experience to me. It was my first time there. I showed up on time, it was a perfectly cute business, waited 30 minutes past my appointment because she squeezed someone ahead of me. Wash and cut were 15 minutes… I have never had a haircut that quickly. Simple trim and layers, which with my thick hair should take 40 minutes or more. Even cutting my own hair I have never had more inconsistent layers. One side is 1 inch longer then the other. To make it even more solidified. My sister went there and experienced the same poor quality haircut.

Not sure why color isn’t an option but Linda did an amazing job with my color! She had to fix some other issues I had going on and my hair is now the beautiful, brilliant fall red violet I was going for and my highlights are perfect! The salon is very clean and everyone made me feel very comfortable! I think sube found a new home for my hair!

Linda Nessmiller, at Waves Hair Design was truly my angel and hero today! Not only did she fit me in to her already busy day, she took the time to listen to my nightmare hair color experience issues. I came into the salon crying and left with a feeling of happiness I have not felt in a very long time (2 years). Linda was eager to help and quickly determined what she needed to do to fix the hot mess I had on my head. The entire staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. I am so excited and grateful to have found my new girl. I give the highest recommendation (5/5 stars) for any hair services you need. I guarantee, Linda will hook you up. First my appointment was made to be for 4 hrs get there and was told couldn’t do what all I wanted only had 1 1/2 hrs. She did transfer one client to another person so allowed for an additional 20 minutes. Basically did blond foils thru out my hair and put toner on it. Way over priced 265.00 way way to much I have never paid that much and have had way better work done. Very disappointed.

Had a very bad experience 2 days ago with another salon in Ormond Beach, I called Waves Hair design and they got me right in and fixed me right up. Very fun atmosphere, every stylist was very friendly to me and the new owner was super nice and the place is so beautiful inside.
