I’m a natural blonde, so I usually get a full foil just to lighten things up a bit a few times a year. Used to come here years ago but then I moved to Maine. Had a hard time finding a good salon so decided to come back an hour and a half to get what I used to get done (foils). I’m not sure what the miscommunication was but bleach was put onto my hair like icing on a cake. My hair was so orange/yellow. I mentioned it so she put more bleach in my hair which fixed nothing. Told me that it was just the lighting in the salon. Also said that it takes steps to achieve the kind of blonde I want (I was already a decent icy platinum just wanted to freshen myself up!) then when I was checking out she only charged me 40$ which just didn’t sit right with me? I went back and they offered to fix it but I’m sorry I just didn’t have the trust to have them do anymore to my hair.
