It was my first time using Elizabeth. Not only was she very professional with doing my hair her attitude brought smiles. Very good with her time and how she got things done. Did 3 different colors and all were amazing. Her smile and how she treated her customers reflected well. She also did a cut and flat iron and man did she turn things around. I was given good feedback on her and I would also suggest her as a stylish for anyone looking in the future.

I recently got my hair cut by Elizabeth at Wavelengths. I showed her a picture of my hair from a previous haircut and told her this was how I wanted it cut. When she finished my hair looked nothing like the picture. She cut it so short that it will take weeks for it to grow out to a manageable length. I am truly embarrassed by my appearance. I have never had anyone butcher my hair to the degree she did. I will never go back.

My hair stylist is Elizabeth. She really listens and offers choices to get me the look I want. I went to Wavelengths years ago. When one of their stylists moved to a different salon, I moved my business with him. When he quit the business, I went back to Wavelengths. I’m so glad. Erica, the owner, has set up a quality salon, and has owned the business for years. It’s great to be back!

I came here after going to another salon for a cut and not being totally satisfied. I had asked for pretty distinct layers and was left with no recognizable layers at all. They had basically just trimmed my ends. I had also put in my online booking notes that I do not want a blowout (don’t like putting heat in my hair), and the stylist just started blow drying without asking if I even wanted it anyway. I explained the issue with my cut to Holly at Wavelengths and gave her a brief explanation of what I usually get/like and she was able to fix it right up for me! She had me look at it in the end for any other adjustments I wanted before even asking if I’d like a blow dry and totally accepted the fact that I did not want a blowout without question. She even offered for me to come back if I had any concerns after it dried (I had none and have been happily looking at my hair in the mirror every time I’m in the bathroom for anything because I love it so much). I missed the texture of my layers and am very happy to have that back! My hair looks much more lively now and I felt like my stylist here listened to what I wanted.

Elizabeth gave me and my daughter an AMAZING haircut today! Not only did she give us amazing haircuts she fixed my horrible cut I received from another place yesterday. I was almost in tears and now after Elizabeth fixed my hair I am extremely happy. I will continue to go to her and have scheduled an appointment with her to color my hair now. I LOVE this salon! Elizabeth is super sweet and worked actual magic on my hair!! I brought her hair that was at least 6months grown out after I got highlights in it and colored it purple, and only *most* of the purple was washed out. I asked her to fix my hair so that it looked like my regular hair again or something close enough so that when it grows out it doesn’t look funky. SHE. DID. THAT. My hair looks so natural and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on it from friends, family, and strangers lol. Elizabeth is the greatest

So very disappointed. If someone shows you multiple pictures of how their hair was previously cut and other styles like it, please be able to do it. If you do not think you can pull it off, please tell the person. I came home so upset and angry that my hair is almost 3 inches too short and the only thing that semi saved it was the person who came behind the original cutter and fixed what she could. I shouldn’t of paid for this service as I want to cry how ugly I look now. I want to buy a wig or shave my hair completely off. Horrible le experience and will not be coming back. Waste of money.
