Each time I enter Wavelengths I am greeted by a wonderful smile and a hello. I have been going to this salon for several years and each visit is better then the last. I have had the opportunity of having a number of different stylist do my hair and they each take the time to give me their professional opinion and talk through what will be done. The assistants are there to offer water, coffee and are always working together as a team to help each other out. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and I love the time I get to spend there. I recommend all the services that this salon provides to everyone I know. They will not be disappointed!

My hairstylist for 10 years went on maternity leave. She referred me to a student to fill in. After a couple months I called to ask when she would return. The receptionist laughingly told me she had returned weeks ago and was booked up for months. Wow.

Very hurt and disappointed in Wavelenghts “ newer policy “They are charging customers for a missed appointment. My husband has been happy going to get his haircut for many years there. I have been a client since the owners were young girls. My husband is quite ill this morning and I called to cancel his appointment . Tried to reschedule for next week when he could feel better and enjoy his haircut.,We we’re told he would be charged a fee. Now he will no longer be a client. So sad that 30 years of our loyalty was dismissed over a policy that doesn’t care about their Grand Islanders.

Yesterday Emma cut my hair (Katie was booked) and again it was an excellent experience, I was in the chair within 5 minutes of my appointed time, Emma was friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job.Service: Hairstyling

Today I went to Wavelengths and received a cut from Jessica H., can’t be happier. I’ve always gone to a Barber for my men’s cut, but I must say, she did great! Very nice atmosphere, very professional & patient, I’m picky! I will be seeing her again and appreciate the excellent cut!!
