Our massages were some of the best we’ve ever had! Relaxing and soothing with just the right amount of pressure. Emily was especially wonderful!

Critical: Communication, QualitySafety Concerns regarding the WAVE ResortDuring our recent stay at the WAVE, were underwhelmed by the quality of the facility and services and overwhelmed by the expense. There were no beach towels several of the days we were there, drinks were mixed up, the rose petal service that was arranged, was not provided, the noise level was unacceptable.However, the real purpose of this negative review is over an egregious lack of safety concerns. My fiancé and I had booked one room; my son, wife and two children another. Around 11:30 of the first night of our stay, the fire alarm went off. The children were abruptly awakened from their sleep, frightened and had to be assisted down 5 flights of stairs to safety. At that time, my fiancé needed a cane to assist with walking.The real safety concern came two nights later, when the alarm went off again at around 11:30. Once again the children needed to be carried and assisted down 5 flights of stairs and my fiancé had to navigate down the stairs with a cane. However, when we came to the ground floor exit door, the stairwell was blocked with bags of linens preventing clear passage to the exit door. There were many other families with small children staying at the resort and I need not elaborate on the potential for a disaster.My son contacted Mr. Paul Jordan, General Manager, a number of times before he received some resolution. I, too, contacted Mr. Jordan and the Kushner organization about the safety issues and have not received acknowledgment about my concerns or what was done to mitigate the issue. Only after I left messages at the front desk did I receive a phone call from Jeanne, who said she was the Director of Operations. When I expressed my concerns, she said she would get back to me.
