If I could give 10 stars, I would. Best nail spa experience in LA so far. Dipped in leaving a meeting late afternoon on a Saturday. Requested a mani/pedi and badly needed a foot scrub due to poor job at the previous salon a few weeks ago.

Don’t come here, like for real. I came and it was my first time getting my nails done, so I was excited. I showed the lady the picture of the nails that I wanted, a simple ombré, and she did a very sloppy job and it looked nothing like what I showed her. I asked for a medium square, and ended up just filling them down where they weren’t even considered medium anymore. The colors weren’t even mixed in well with eachother, there was just a line in between the colors, no ombré at all. DONT COME HERE!

Just don’t. A nice place is only a little more expensive and 100% worth it. I have to go get my nails redone at a nice place after coming here. My nails look ridiculous. The paint is wobbley, they are all different shapes and lengths, the lady ripped a huge chunk of my real nail off and then blamed me and said it was because my nails were thin (they aren’t – she just used the nail drill WAY too much.) And then they gave me a hard time for using a card and told me they were going to have to charge me extra because of it. Just go somewhere else.

She over charged me to $69 dollars. She still had the audacity to ask for a tip. Make sure to take cash or else you will be charged 25 extra bucks ! If I had cash I would of gave her what she worked. This place is terrible, bad pedicure, I showed the woman the nail design I wanted for my hands and she said she could do it, she started and then she stopped and said it was difficult. They charged me $60 and I came out of there with no color on my hands. What a waste of money and time!!!!
