Debbie the owner always does a great job on my hair. Debbie the owner had back surgery and isn’t working there anymore. The shop has nothing but older ladies working there, no longer do nails. Lisa cut my hair and did not do a good job she couldn’t understand how I wanted it cut even though I showed her different pictures of how I wore my hair. I also had told her on the phone I had a drs appointment afterwards I assumed she knew I needed a blow dry, but she told me she didn’t have time to blow it so I had to get another girl to blow it dry . She had red hair and was very sweet. Lisa was grumpy, then would be nice, back and forth, mostly grumpy and irritable. All the hairdressers looked old except the one with the red hair. The shop had clothes and jewelry in it that an 80 year old woman would wear. I wasn’t happy with my cut at all. I thought she understood what I wanted. When I told her I wanted the sides all cut toward my face and I wanted it to be from the top down my face to be cut in a downward motion to be whispy, she only cut about 2″ or less that way and one side was shorter than the other. I’ve been going to that shop for years, but I will never go back again. Unless you want a grumpy old woman to cut your hair and do an old timey hairstyle cut, do not go there to anyone except the red haired girl. Really sweet. I wish I would have gotten her to cut my hair. I’m damn sure glad I didn’t get her to color it. This place use to be a 5, but now it is a 1. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else that knows how to do up to date cuts and styles!!!! I will never ever go back there again. I would have rather went to Penny’s. At least they are up to date on styles!!!
