Heard about this place through an acquaintance so I scheduled an appointment online. They didn’t know I was coming even though I schedule over a week ago. She then put me in a room and stopped in a couple times, then began 25 minutes late. Once she started she proceeded to speak loudly to someone in the hallway. That’s when I said I was leaving. When I walked out, there were two police officers outside talking to my massage therapist. Needless to say, I don’t recommend getting a massage here.

The place is so funny, it’s ridiculous. I do not do massage but my husband does, so he went there like a month ago, they rushed him so much he did not have time to put his underwear and socks on, I am not kidding. He came home with socks in one pocket and underwear in other, I was crying laughing. But yesterday, when he came they asked him will he pay cash or credit card, he said I can pay cash and she insisted for him to pay up front, apparently that is the rule !? He was so mad he just walked out. I mean who does that, do they think that he will run away and not pay for service! Please people, get some customer service training!!!!!

Critical: CommunicationBooked an appointment online for 5:30pm, received a text message confirming my appointment, showed up only to have two women look at me irritated and confused and speak to eachother back and fourth about me in another language and one awkward smile at me while I waited. But not acknowledge me in English what so ever. After a few minutes of standing there and being extremely uncomfortable I decided there was no way I would be able to relax and get a massage from them, so I decided to leave to end their confusion, ended up calling another place and they were able to get me in, MUCH better experience. I think they must not check their online bookings often? I’m not sure really. Poor customer service really.
