Watsu Aquatic Bodywork
Watsu® is an extraordinary modality of aquatic bodywork in which the ‘Receiver’ experiences many different sensations: deep relaxation, a sense of calmness, and an overall feeling of release while being floated in warm water. This aquatic bodywork is a deeply meditative and profound experience.
Thai/Shiastu Massage
Thai massage combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching, which increase the range of motion in your joints and muscles. It can also improve your posture, relieve pain, and is one of the most relaxing types of bodywork. You will feel energized and relaxed.
Shamanic Energy Work
Embark on a 90-minute journey into your energy centers using a variety of Native Divination Tools. Beginning with intention, we acknowledge what matters to you for this inner dive. You are guided with breathwork, energy is balanced, & mind/body/soul connected into a state of peace &tranquility.
Reflexology
In reflexology, pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot. These points correspond to organs and areas of the body. This treatment can induce a healing response, even alleviating some ailments, and it relaxes the entire body.
Custom Massage
Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, sugar scrub, and/or stretching; we can custom a massage to meet your needs and desires.
Swedish Massage
Light to Medium Healing Touch Awaken and align your body with massage therapy. Begin with the basics of healing touch with a 60 minute Swedish Massage or deepen your alignment and awakening with a 90-minute massage session. Service includes hot steam towels for the back and feet.
