I think the world of Heather and love how she takes care of my hair and both my daughters!! I would always recommend her and Hannah!! My stylist went over the plan for my hair (I was rather indecisive) & we decided on an approach that I was comfortable with. My stylist went over the plan for my hair (I was rather indecisive) & we decided on an approach that I was comfortable with. I got my nails and hair done here for prom. My hair was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for and was definitely a 5 star experience, but my nails were not what I was hoping for. All the women doing hair seemed very experienced at what they were doing and they were really friendly and welcoming too! The lady who did my nails was very sweet and made conversation with me while she did my nails, but I felt like she was rushing through it. She did not shape my nails or put effort into making them look any different from how they looked when I walked in. She didn’t trim my cuticles or do anything other than paint my nails. And the paint job was not even or all the way to my nail beds. I was hoping for something a little nicer for prom. I would suggest them for getting your hair done, but there are much better places for nails.

I originally found Hannah Loyd on Instagram as soon as I moved to Elizabeth City and loved how she did blonde on her clients. When I reached out to her, she was so prompt and professional so I booked an appointment with her. She went above and beyond at our appt, was so sweet and patient and truly took the the time to care for my hair. At the end of our appt she handed me a goody bad which was so thoughtful. Thank you Hannah for making my hair so beautiful – can’t wait to come back!

Service is great, always love my cut and nails! Appointments are usually easy to schedule. Parking can be an issue, but ample spaces on the other side of the building at Waterfront Park.
