I would give 5 stars if not for almost impossible parking. I ended up paying for parking in a parking garage and walking to the place and doing that made me late. I don’t know how much my massage cost because my husband surprised me with it, but I was there for 1.5 hours of wonderful! I customized my time there instead of doing what was originally planned. 45 minutes of foot massage, 10 min soak and a 25 minute back massage with hot rocks.

It has been 4-5 years since I’ve had a massage. This was well overdue. I’ve been working from home without the benefits of my ergonomic work desk. Sam was a master getting the knots out of my neck, shoulders and upper back. I asked for light to medium pressure and she nailed it. And the hot stones… first times experiencing them…. Highly recommend. The staff was very friendly. Thank you Sam and Waterstone. Can’t wait to come back.

The best massage experience I’ve ever had . I’m a spa enthusiasts with an incredible stressful job so anytime I travel I take every advantage to renergize and heal my body, mind and spirit. Steve had the best efferlage pressure, and a radiating soulful energy that totally blissed me out for 90 mins and worth every penny. I had a facial as well, but nothing extraordinary and didn’t feel it was worth the money. Nothing I couldn’t get for half the price at home. The steam and sauna were great and clean. The ambiance is a bit bright white for my liking. However the great massage by Steve gives it the 5 star experience. You must go for a true healing, relaxing experience from Steve. Will be my #1go to when in Ashland. Nameste
