Little to no attention to detail. Some nails were crooked. The tips were not as large as my nail beds so my nail is breaking. The white of the French doesn’t meet the end of the nails. Overall not a clean manicure. Pedicurist left one of my toe nails longer and more curves than the other.

I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was over before I knew it and Hannah barely did anything as far as massaging my legs and feet. And Linda did my manicure and she did a horrible job and I don’t like the shape of them and how they look. More like a blob of pink stuff on my nails. She didn’t ask what shape I like and I have pink stuff on my fingers underneath. Didn’t do my cuticles or anything. But asked me if I wanted to give her 10.00 more dollars to do my cuticles. I said No My nails look stupid. They aren’t even to the edge!!! That place is HORRIBLE!!!

Terrible experience. First time going here. I couldn’t believe they felt this was good work. Some nails were partly not painted while some had polish on the skin. I had to ask to have them redone. They had the SAME person redo my toes who not only didn’t do a good job the first time but didn’t try to fix it until I asked. They were a LITTLE better but honestly I could have done better myself. Very frustrating to go in for something relaxing and not only it not be relaxing but then pay to have something that looks like a child did it. I had a nail design that I was charged for but they didn’t redo it nor did they offer a refund for the design. Too frustrated to say anything again. I had heard bad things from friends but thought I’d try it because it was convenient. Will never go back!

I have tried other nail salons but keep circling back here. I just love the staff and my toes always look awesome! They have been doing my nails since I was pregnant and they love it when he comes with me. They get a huge kick out of him. ❤️

UPDATE: Still a great place to pop in and get your nails done!! Pleasant experience with very nice staff.. technician did a fabulous job with my nails and they’ve lasted an incredibly long time. Tried powder, and after 3 weeks they’ve stayed pretty and show hardly any wear.

Very nice and cheaper to get a full set of nails than the other places I have gone to. My nails looked fantastic even my boyfriend loved the color I choose. I will definitely recommend this salon.

How horrible! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and had some good and some bad Manis. Yesterday I had a fill in scheduled. My appt was scheduled at 10:15 and I, of course arrive early but my tech didn’t arrive until her assigned time at 10:30 and had to set up her station, at this point I’ve already been waiting 30 minutes. She couldn’t find my usual pink and they only had one black so I had to wait for the black and the glittery pink I settled for was horrendous! At this point I had to run out of because I was already 30 minutes late for another appt. I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a scheduled fill in! I later realized how horrible my nails looked, I was beside myself! I went back a couple of hours later to have them re-done and they didn’t have time to fix them but I could come back later.. I will NEVER go back! A big thank you to Alan at Lush Bar for getting me in asap and fixing the mess that Mina at Waterscape thought was acceptable.

First time at this location today and very displeased with the service. I have cuts on my hands and my toes where where the ladies were being careless filing and dremmeling and when I said something they would just say sorry. I wasn’t offered any discount or anything. I also told the lady doing my manicure that I have had arthritis in my hands and they hurt pretty bad and she kept pulling on my hands really hard and squeezing my joints very hard while doing my SNS. Very upset about this experience and now I have tiny cuts on me that are sore.

Today was my first time getting my NAILS done at Waterscape. In the past I have gotten my toes done there because I had another nail technician elsewhere. But now I think I will be going to this place for both my nails and my toes. Ashley did my nails and when I tell you they are perfect, that is an understatement (and it is extremely hard to please me when it comes to my nails, I’m very picky). I was so impressed with her work that now I’m considering changing nail technicians all together! Mrs. Linda did my pedicure and she was fabulous as always. I’ll be honest, I rarely do reviews but I felt after my experience today, I definitely needed to put a review on here for others to see. Thank you again ladies!
