The salon is spotless. Sherri is professional, listened to how I wanted my hair colored and cut, and did it. They also use an excellent line of organic products which leaves my hair soft, no dry brittle feel. I travel further than I normally would to a hair stylist, but it is worth it.

My daughter got a haircut here, last customer of the day and it felt very rushed. Her hair didn’t look great when it was done. No real style. It wasn’t fully blowdried and it needed more smoothing from a flat iron. Kind of disappointing.

My mom and I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian deep condition and hair cut. We bought it and made the appt yesterday. We thought we made it with the owner Sandy but we later found out it was with Patty. Our appts were at 10 and 11am. In the morning we received a phone call confirming. We showed up at the salon at 10am. The women there said she didn’t know where Patty was. She called and text with no reply. She called Sandy and she tried to call Patty with no reply. My mom and I waited 45 mins to see if Patty would show up. After 45 mins Patty finally text back saying she didn’t have an appt til 2pm. This was pretty upsetting. So my mom and I went to a different salon and got our money back from Groupon. This whole thing was very unprofessional.
