Critical: Quality, ValueOverpriced with poor quality. I went here before my vacation for a full set, pedicure, and eye lash extensions. They advertise novalashes but that is not the techniques used. A TERRIBLE job was done. I looked like I had spiders on my eyelashes and the lashes were tangled together with glue. Some weren’t even bonded to my lashes they were stuck to my eyelid. They were applied so poorly that I was able to pull them off by hand before I even reached my house. The full set was lifting less than a week after being done and the nails were not symmetrical and the polish was applied thinly. The gel polish on my toes was also poorly applied and was already coming off within a week. I’ve never had that happen. The only saving grace here is that Wendy was very friendly, however I would never go here again or recommend to anyone. The appointment seemed rushed as she had someone else coming in right after me. Amazing! Decided to call this shop after seeing a Clipper Magazine ad. I’m new to the area and looking for a nice, clean salon. I was impressed with Wendy’s explanation of the process I was interested in in our phone call. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived and saw the shop. Gorgeous, calming, spotless! I had my eyelashes done – excellent job! While having this done we were chatting about life – and I mentioned my problems with allergic reactions to acrylic and gel nails and Wendy mentioned that she was using a new organic nail product. We decided to apply one nail to see if it worked for me – it was AMAZING! Fast, no noxious odors, no dust, no damage to my nails! I decided to get a full set right on the spot. I couldn’t be happier. Prices are reasonable, attention to detail is excellent, products are great, Wendy is a doll! Five stars!!!

Wendy is the best! I have been going to her for two years and refuse to go anywhere else! She does quality work in a timely manner and is always very professional and lots of fun, I always leave Waterlilly spa feeling beautiful whether I get my hair done, nails or waxing! Highly recommended!!!

All in one shop for beauty. Pedicure, manicure, tips, gel, hair, eyebrows, etc…, Quality work done by a true professional, with great personality, customer service skills and a great relaxing environment. Need a day at the Spa, have critical in grown nails problem like I do, Wendy is the person to help you. She has a complimentary glass of delicious tasting wine when you need to take the edge off. It just a fabulous place to make some quality time for yourself. all the ladies there are great!!

Absolutely the best nail and hair salon around! Wendy is a Star and she runs a highly sophisticated space! They made my Wedding day so great and they prepared over 18 people for hair and makeup in just 3 hours! I love how quickly I am able to get a mani/pedi/ highlights/cut! She does not waste any time! If you haven’t been here you need to go!!

Amazing salon! Very clean, so friendly and they do a beautiful job on hair and nails. I got the Groupon for my hair and ended up doing my nails also and left so happy. My cut and highlights are perfect! Always talk to your stylist and tell them what you want, they are not mind readers. This is one place where they will listen to your exact wishes.
