What a wonderful experience this was! Nasser suggested the Total Body Stretch for back and neck pain, where he first assessed my stature and notated areas that need work. He was spot on! He is clearly an expert in his field. I felt really heard and listened to, as well and can tell Nasser really cares about his clients and their health. The office is welcoming and the staff is very kind. Nasser even taught me two stretches to take home and practice on my own. Thank you for everything and I’ll definitely be back very soon!

Booking a massage at Waterfalls Salon with Mr. Staples on my birthday was the best idea! I work on the computer and my parts of my back and shoulders were tense but getting a Swedish massage by Mr. Staples immediately helped me feel better. Mr. Staples did an awesome job with the massage and created a safe and comfortable environment for me. Right after the massage, I had already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend a massage at this excellent Black-owned spa.

I have been dealing with some problems since I had COVID 2 years ago. After going to therapy with little success I saw information about Waterfalls on TV. After doing research I decided to give them a try. OMG..I had my first session with Mr. Staples yesterday and the pain in my body has subsided tremendously. Mr. Staples took the time to explain the process and suggested a Thai message that included a body stretch. The experience was informative, professional, and helpful as we work through stretches to bring my body to a more balanced state. He also gave me a couple of stretches to do at home. I can say after this one session, I definitely felt a change and look forward to continuing this journey. I have already scheduled my next appointment.

I’ve been going to Nasser for massages for a few years now. He’s very professional and the spa has a nice calming atmosphere. My massages are always top notch, half the time I’m so relaxed I fall asleep lol. Honestly if you can’t be relaxed during your massage what’s the point? I will forever be a repeat customer!
