This gentleman was sent by our rental company to open up our pool. From the get go this gentleman was extremely rude and unprofessional. He could not give me a timeline of when and what he was going to do. Twice he has not showed up on the days he was suppossed to. He does not answer or return calls. Everytime I could get a hold of him he never apologized for not showing up and still could not tell me when the pool will be open. It has been over 2 weeks and the pool has not even been vacuumed! It still looks disgusting! We will be finding another pool company to finish the job. Does he think because we are renters we can be treated like second class? This was an absolutely horrible experience. I would recommend you save yourself the time, trouble, and money and stay very far away from this man and his company!
