Shop local for gift certificates & skincare products. Many therapists to choose from with skills from deep tissue to sports massage, dry needling to Amma, facials to dermaplane & wax. Massage therapists typically work in uniforms, without breaks in dark rooms. Our therapists have freedom & flexibility over breaks and vacation, a no uniform policy and sunlight. We buy organic, green, ethically sourced, fragrance free & local where possible. We are a woman and massage therapist owned business offering a concussion friendly & sensory friendly environment.

Excellent and fully equipped day spa. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Tried the infrared sauna and infrared red light therapy face mask. It left feeling so much better as if I had a full body massage. Definitely coming back for the sound bowl meditation. (They have free heating pads for the sound bowl experience). Really clean and cozy spa. Felt like home.

Doug is a phenomenal massage therapist and I always feel like a new person after a session with him. He listens and is super skilled – he can go really deep and hit all the right spots – and it’s a super relaxing experience at the same time. My therapist I was originally scheduled with unfortunately was ill so could not make it in, but they quickly and professionally resolved it and I had a fantastic experience. Katy was my LMT she was very nice. She gave a very good massage. I’ll definitely return in the future was very relaxing experience. Update : Sarah was so accomodating asked what needs to be worked on before the session. She applied a nice deep tissue massage. I am extremely happy with your staff they do great work.
