They gave my appointment time for two massage to one person by mistake. So they were calling someone else it to do one of the messages. In and out of the one room they were doing the message in. They had said the person coming in to do the second message was 5 minutes away. They were there 20mins later and didn’t add time to the message.

Worst massage i ever had. So disappointing, especially after reading so many good reviews. It’s very unfortunate. The lady i had was awful. I’m not sure if she just hates her job, but it didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all, let alone massage me. She didn’t even massage me, she more so just whooshed her hands all around, there was no pressure for a massage, it was just an all around odd & awful experience. I would never go back & wouldn’t recommend this place either.

For me finding a skillful and consistent massage therapist to help rejuvenate me after those workouts has truly been a real challenge. That was the case for me until I discovered Water Cube Massage and Day Spa in downtown Melbourne. This place is cute and kept clean. The staff is friendly and skillful. Positive: QualityI bought my wife a couples massage for Mothers Day and we decided to use it today 5/28. We had two fairly small women massaging us both but man they did not disappoint! We were both impressed much by the strength they had and you could tell that they were knowledgeable in their craft. Feeling great! We will definitely go back:)

When I showed up I almost left because the outside of the building looked a little sketch to me and I was the only car BUT I’m glad I stayed. I got an excellent massage; one of the best massages I have had in a while and the price for the massage was below the quality of the massage for sure so I extra tipped. The inside was super clean and I will go back!

The massage was okay, but what got me was when i was checking out i was trying to write the tip in and the lady awkwardly watched me to see how much i was tipping and then when she saw it was 13 dollars her tone completely changed and wasn’t as happy or as nice as she was before the massage started.

Went in for our anniversary we were being walked to the back room when the male employee suddenly looks me up and down & asks me “ wait are you pregnant” mind you I’m 110 pounds petite no where near pregnant wasn’t the question that bothered because I understand protocol but it was how it was asked and when, could have asked me at the desk not after you looked me up and own. The massage had a sheet over us The entire time I couldn’t feel anything the woman took a call mid massage, definitely should have saved our money.
