Had a fantastic massage with Noah today! He is a skilled LMT who is highly observant, finding and fixing knots that I didn’t even know were there. Noah has a thorough understanding of how certain muscle groups compensate when others aren’t functioning, and he also shared take-home recommendations with me that I can use to help restore my mobility beyond the massage session. Noah checked in with me frequently throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable, and the calming environment he has created in his workspace truly promotes relaxation. Finally a massage therapist who knows what she is doing. Not only is Lilly a fantastic therapist she is a wonderful person. I started seeing her when she first opened and haven’t felt so good in a really long time. Recently I had shoulder surgery and she has been using massage techniques to improve my range of motion and control post operative pain. Her massage technique is so relaxing I often fall asleep.
