Dr. Prussic is a top drawer dermatologist. Smart and knowledgeable, combined with a wonderful bedside manner. He is usually hustling from one appointment to the next but will always stop and answer questions when I have them, and gives thoughtful helpful responses. The front desk folks and nurses in this specific office in Frederick have all been wonderful to work with. The only problems I have had were with the call center folks, they don’t seem like they like their jobs very much.

Overall this is a good dermatology clinic. They have at least one phiysicians asst. H. Yan who is talented at identifying melanoma before it’s too late. He’s done it twice for me and i am very thankful for that. I was told he was a doctor in china but a PA here. He is good. Like anywhere they have other people here who can be rude to you and waste your time then ask you “call.” That sounds good until you determine that navigating their phone menu is another time-waster. But I suggest patience with that because they have some good people too who can save your life.
