I tested positive for covid for the 1st time since the panda make. I have extreme lung issues where I see critical pulmonary and because of covid unfortunately is tacked my nervous system because of that my doctor has advised me not too tanned. I have used this business since the eighties and I have to say that I’m absolutely disgusted with the fact that they would not make an exception and not only cancel my account but refund for clearly the month that I won’t be using and again with my doctor’s advice not tanning in a tanning tanning salon again because of my health. The pandemic taught us a lot of things and I fully support small businesses but I will not support a company that will not take into consideration or even look at doctor’s documentation documentation to do a one time courtesy credit back to my account. I will never use this facility again not to wash my clothes like I do several times a month nor will I be tanning or sending anyone else here. If you’re looking for a business who is empathetic to situations that come up regarding health and other things that are not in our own control I was suggesing somewhere else .
