I had such an amazing visit to Wash N Fro! Jada was so professional and took care of my hair! She was so knowledgeable about my hair type and offered suggestions on how to achieve my hair goals! Wash N Fro is such an amazing concept and a needed service for the natural hair community! I definitely recommend their services and will definitely be returning! Thanks to Jada for making this such an awesome experience. My service included a deep clean and two strand twist out. The shop is super cute and clean! I also appreciate the Covid-19 protocols such as wearing mask were still in place!

The experience my daughter had with styling her natural hair was amazing. They definitely took great care in shampooing, detangling, conditioning and caring for the hair. Radiah did an excellent job with asking questions, explaining the process and just doing an overall Good Job. We will definitely return for this natural hair stylist experience.

I went to this salon because I was looking for a place where they will care about my curly hair and its rehabilitation. I was extremely on time to my appointment and let the stylist know about the situation of my hair and what it needed, she told to me she was going to take a look and lmk what services i should book and use going forward. Everything was going perfect and it was very grateful she was helping detangle my hair nd wash it. When it came to the time to style my hair thats when everything went down hill. I paid $65 for the service which is their most expensive wash. The person in front of my when the stylist style his hair she went section by section with of his hair and passing her fingers through and it took about 15-20 minutes. When it came time to style my hair she simply parted my hair and added product to the front strands of my hair and thats it!! NOTHING ELSE. She didnt tell me what services I should book next NOTHING. she simple took my payment and sent me on my way. I still tip 40% which honestly, I shouldn’t have. When I went home I could not even pass a detangling brush to hair, my hair was still tangled, not style. honestly, I should get all my money back because I am right back where I started. if she did not want to do my she should have just refuse service but not treat me like I wasn’t spending my hard earned money and then treat in that way that I just would not want to ever come back. I thought that going to salon design for people with my type of hair was gonna be different but it is the same bs. Also, don’t believe this reviews they offer a discount if you leave a review

I decided to try wash n fro after I couldn’t get in with my regular stylist, and I am so glad I did. Tinequa did a great job on my hair. She is so sweet and gentle, and kept checking in to Mahe she I was ok and comfortable with what she was doing. I will definitely be back! Twist braids
