Excellent experience from beginning to end. Cynthia was excellent during prep, answering questions and explaining each step that would happen. Dr. Warthan came in very professional , reassuring and explained what was happening as she went and ask me questions about things in my life to keep me calm and take attention away from what was happening. The whole staff made the procedure smooth and painless as possible. Would recommend them to anyone without any reservations whatsoever!

I came Warthan Dermatology for a second opinion and clarification after another dermatologist dismissed my concerns. I was immediately impressed when my concerns were not dismissed and I feel they went above and beyond to reach out to the dermatopathologist for clarification. It was recommended to have a second biopsy done and I was terrified as the first biopsy of my Nail matrix was a terrible experience, but I was promised they would make sure I was comfortable. They did. It was almost painless. I then was diagnosed with a rare form of Melanoma and they again went above and beyond to find a Dr to refer me to who would not amputate my thumb. I am so incredibly thankful to them and recommend them to everyone.

After being referred to Dr Wathan for MOHS surgery on my cheek, I was seen by her PA, who was very professional, kind and efficient, for my pre-surgery consult. The day of surgery was a nightmare. The staff was courteous but Dr Warthan was far too rushed and inconsiderate. When finally she appeared to do the surgery, she was on her cell phone for 5 minutes and never introduced herself or explained what she would be doing. My procedure took two passes, not unusual, but my cheek had to be numbed 5 times because the Dr never came before the numbing wore off. The last session she numbed it herself, jabbing me over and over with the apology that she was just being pulled in too many different directions. Her PA was left to stitch me up and quit after the first stitch because it pulled my mouth so tight my teeth were showing. All I hear is Oh, Oh, she’s not going to like that, but no explanation to me. So the doc comes back and decides it’s OK and quickly does the stitching. She THINKS it will be OK. I am not convinced but time will tell. If only she would have talked to me, explained the situation, not been too rushed to properly do her job, I would have been fine. For me, it was a 6 hour nightmare.

The services are great! The wait times are ridiculous. Every single time I am there I wait at least 30 minutes for my appointment. By the time I am in the room, I meet with them for less than 5 minutes. It is annoying going there for a 12:00 appointment only to sit there until at least 12:30 for them to catch up on other appointments.

Good day, I had a 130 pm appointment, arrived ahead of time, I was a 1st time patient. Checked in, completed all my paperwork by 140 pm, sat in the waiting room for 55 minutes, while I watched 6 other patients check in after me. I checked with the recent forbte unusual delay for my appointment, I was told computer errors. Upon at 225pm, I was immediately called back for my visit, after I mentioned that I was frustrated with the way things were going and I was about to leave and cancel my appointment. Upon being called back for treatment, the rest of my appointment went well.
