Also experienced in working with clients dealing with post operative pain. Massage can be very helpful in enhancing rehabilitation and progress with physical therapy. My goal is to help get you out of pain. I also do relaxation and maintenace oriented massage to help you stay out of pain.

Massage Therapist
Orthopedic Massage
Massage therapy using assessment and integrated modalities including various massage techniques, stretching and joint mobilization to address pain and orthopedic conditions. I always work within the clients pain tolerance using various depths of pressure with the goal of addressing your pain issues.
Relaxation Massage
Massage therapy using light to medium depth of pressure to achieve deep relaxation and general loosening of muscles and fascial tissue for overall maintenance and improvement of well being. May also include stretching and joint mobilization.
Deep Tissue Massage
Massage therapy that targets the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This can be more painful and it is important to speak up if the pressure is too deep. I always pay attention to my client to try and make sure I working within your tolerance level.
Prenatal Massage
Massage therapy to support women who are pregnant. It is done in a side lying position after the first trimester.
Oncology Massage
Massage therapy for people with cancer, going through cancer treatment, or have a history of cancer. During a cancer diagnosis and treatment pressure is light to medium. It will be very light in areas close to cancer sites or where lymph nodes have been removed or where there is bone cancer.
