I was really trying to hold back from writing this review on this Warrior Body Spa. Unfortunately I had to. I had acute obstructed ear wax that was obviously very uncomfortable to my left ear, which was beginning to affect the right. Having said that, I’m not new to Ear Candling, it’s been some years, but I remember when I did get it done my ear was incredibly sharp and I felt amazing after the service was complete.

On my first visit to the spa, I was sent to the waiting room while the attendant checked out a previous guest. While waiting, I noticed the beverage station nicely set with glasses, mugs, spoons and tea packets. I needed to relax and settle my stomach, so I set about to make tea. After setting it up, I realized the water tank was out of water. Disappointed, I waited for another 5 minutes for the attendant to check me in and asked if they had more water or hot water. She declined and did not offer me an alternative even after I inquired about mints or mouth wash since I had just had lunch. No alternative was offered and her reception was dry. I did not appreciate feeling like a burden or feeling as if there was no accomodation that could or would be made for me or an apology for not having water in the tank.

One of my friends told me about this amazing spa a few months ago. I came one time and have never looked back! The staff are INCREDIBLE and very professional! I have pretty much received all of their services! Each time I come I feel so blessed to have found this spa. I am a monthly member and my self-care routine has never been better!! I give Warrior Body Spa a 12/10!

My mom and I went for her birthday & we had a great experience!! Everything was clean, they took covid precautions while also making us feel comfortable and relaxed. My mom is thinking about getting a membership and she’s very picky so that says a lot. All in all I enjoyed the experience! Would definitely recommend

Great wealth of patience, knowledge and wisdom. care Overall this is always great vibes in the Warrior Spa! the sauna is always great place to hang out for short and relax too.
