While the massage is fantastic, Kelli cancels appointments last minute (one hour prior), with no reason given and through automated email. This happened 3 times, and when I called to question why and reschedule she did not answer or return my call. When she moved her office, she failed to tell me which left me standing outside her building in downtown Bradenton ringing the buzzer to be let in for 15 minutes. When I finally got ahold of her, I had to drive 10 minutes to her new location and have an abbreviated massage…no apologies, no credit towards another massage, just a shortened massage because she said I didn’t look her address up on the website. I had been going there for over a year and had no idea she was moving so had no reason to look it up. Why did I let this happen 3 times? I did because I had paid ahead for her “special discount” when you purchase in bulk.
