Overall they were very nice and treated me well BUT when i went in for a second lobe piercing the lady that did it made them uneven (my right being lower than my left) so I was unhappy with that, and ended up going back for readjustment and it STILL was uneven (this time she made the left higher) and they were uneven. They also used a piercing gun rather than a sterile needle. Which isn’t super professional in that field. since they used a piercing gun that means they are not able to do any cartilage piercings. So really they are a hair place and NOT a piercing place, but they were very friendly overall.
