My gf called ahead since our go-to was booked up and had an $85 quote for a blowout. They were about 45m late so I waited around… had to ask for water and nobody really acknowledged me. Whatever, I get it. I showed the hair stylist a few options and asked if up or down would be better. She chose up. Imagine my surprise, two hours later (running super late at this point) when I went to check out and they said I owed THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS since it was an UPDO!!!!!! My gf chose to get her hair down with a curl and it was $125. The checkout lady just laughed. If you are going to charge $215 more than quoted, please at least include solid gold bobby pins. What a scam.
