I’m only including stars for the actual stylists who I don’t have an issue with. Please beware of hidden fees when you go here! The fees are not communicated to you ahead of time and you will find add-ons like conditioner and blowout when you did not request them. I do think that once you get highlights or color, you should get your hair dried so you can see how the color looks. You should not be charged for a “blowout” when your hair is simply dried. If this is a separate service, as they stated after I brought it up to them, they need to communicate this to the customer either before they go in the chair or before the stylists does the service. Bad communication, hidden fees, and refusal to make it right after spending thousands in this place. Goodbye.
