I came in the my hair wash and relaxed time for a pampered. Jazmin did a wonderful job. She gave me a great wash and great style very patient understanding and beautiful work. I will definitely return again. She should be doing my color soon. Wapas is the place to go ! Hairstyling, Haircut

I had the worst experience at this salon! My hair used to be long and healthy until I went to this salon to cut my ends and end up with a very bad hair cut. PATTY was the lady who cut my hair. I told her I wanted to cut just my ends and she cut more than she was supposed to. My hair now looks uneven due to the style she made. My friend also went for her first time and the front desk girl also put her with PATTY. She is now extremely disappointed from the hair cut she got. Jasmine also cut more than she was supposed to and left her with an uneven style. I have attached both of our pictures here. Horrible experience with the hair stylist we got.

I never write reviews, but the experiece was so bad – here we go. if you care about how your hair looks, do not go. I have been going here for 2 years, at first they were great, the quality went down… a lot. They messed up my hair 3 months ago – i came out looking like a skunk because they made my roots lighter than the rest of my hair (they messed up a simple base color). i showed them on the spot, and they did not care to rectify the issue. I went elsewhere to get it fixed. My mistake is after- I went back a second time this week because they are so close to my house and always available – I gave them another chance (even though the manager Maria on the spot was not pleasant to deal with). I did my roots and i still had some grey hair left when i was done. I only noticed later. I called to ask them to fix *just* these grey hair that *they* missed, in other words i asked them to rectify their own error, they said after 6 days they can no longer take any claims. As if they are saying, it is the natural growth of my hair that has these gray hair in *only* those specific spots. I usually go every 5 weeks. not every 6 days. They do not care about satisfaction – or what your hair looks like. Cheap place. Cheap people, cheap work. The manager Maria has no management skills – interpersonal skills or customer service resolution/retention knowledge. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else so you can enjoy your experience and look good.

2nd time going and Rosemeri does it again. My hair is all natural no perm very nice and professional place and so is Rosemeri (update I had went again and I got charged for a deep conditioning when I know I didn’t get one ) I no longer go here.

Very angry! the place excepts walk-ins, told front desk what I wanted done. Waited 25min. Repeated what I wanted done to the hair dresser too. I have long hair down to my waist. Because of the pandemic didn’t cut it for 2 yrs. So I just wanted 5 inches cut off and refresh layers. She did what she wanted CUT OFF 13 INCHES!!! AND NO LAYERS!!! My hair is shoulder length now. Left with wet hair, because running late to work, I just said coming back Very upset….so this morning going back to speak Oner or supervisor….. hopefully get layers in and ill be ok….and that hairdresser gets FIRED!!!!!VERY BAD HAIR DAY!! COMMUNICATION IN WAPAS IS HORRIBLE!! Becareful!!
