Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo disappointed, the tech was not friendly at all and when I asked for her to fix the crooked filing of my already evenly shaped and even length nails, she huffed and began talking to the tech adjacent to her. She was annoyed the entire time after. The polish looks like I did it myself and very gloppy. She filed more and more off the length after painting. I asked several time to please make the edges look neat and she stopped responding. The attending manager(?) said he would give me $10 or have someone else redo my nails. I don’t have time to have them redone when I’d already been in the chair for a while. When checking out, I said I was taking it off when I get home and he said he gave me $10 off. $20 wasted. My nails look terrible and I’m going to lose more length when I fix the odd crooked shaping. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable nor had time to have it removed, so I have to pay? Ridiculous. Went back in and asked for a refund- the manager was so rude and explained I should have told him- “obviously you should have got me”. Well, I asked and when he did take his spot at the register I did say something. My goodness. I’ve not encountered such strange behavior like his and his tech. So disappointed, the tech was not friendly at all and when I asked for her to fix the crooked filing of my already evenly shaped and even length nails, she huffed and began talking to the tech adjacent to her. Loved that as soon as you walk into the shop, you are directed to wash your hands before you touch anything. Love my nails, loved the flower wall! I’ll definitely be returning..So far, been 3 times now, the 3rd time I also got eyelash extensions.
