Although occasional wait times, the service and conversation make up for it. The prices are most reasonable and the truly friendly and ,” down home”, attitudes make any wait time worth your visit. Although I am not a fan of children, I am amazed at how well Mr. Waltz realates to young adults and makes them feel comfortable.

My first visit. 5:15 on a Friday. A little busy, but only a 10-minute wait. Friendly, old-fashioned, neighborhood barbershop. A lot of regulars. The younger guy is a craftsman. Very detailed. Hot lather and straight razored my neck. I’m VERY pleased with my cut. Priced better than franchise salons.

Great place for socializing & refreshments! Love the hardwood chairs, reminds me of the amenities at Abilene, TX city jail! Sometimes a long wait, but worth it due the attention to detail with the hair cuts. Both barbers, Don & Joey, have little doll hands, I think that helps with the quality of the hair cut. Make sure U sign the wall after your 1st visit, if U can find a place that has not been signed yet, proof positive of a successful barber shop!

This is the best barber shop I’ve ever been to. I go out of my way to only use them. And the best thing is at the end they shave your neck with hot lather and a strait razor. Its just that extra little touch.
