Terrible experience. I highly do not recommend this place. They have little to no consideration for hygiene. For example, when a hair stylist, Elizabeth, dropped a comb she was using on me, she simply picked it up, dipped it into a large container with a blue solution, wiggled it, took it out and continued using it like nothing happened. By the way, the comb she used on me once again still had hairs on it, which I dread that it could have been the hair of another customer. She used the comb when hairs were stuck to it, due to the gel on it. Did I mention that she was cutting my hair AFTER having applied gel to my hair? When I came back home, there was chunks of loose hair attached with gel to my normal hair. It was a sticky, frankly sad, sad mess.

I was very disappointed today with the nail lady… made my appointment with her over a week ago for an event. I Came in to get a full set and Pedicure for her to tell me she canceled my appointment because she didn’t have my contact information when she was the one I made the app with! I had to scramble to find another place last minute… so I wont be back… that was bad business
