I loved Jessa! She’s done my hair 3 times now, and it’s always been so nice! The first time I just got it cut, and she did amazing, and then other times I came in for a color! The first time I had to get my hair fixed after a bad box dye I had been doing, and she fixed it to where it looked natural and it wasn’t damaged!!! The second time, we achieved what I wanted with the first, and I am in love with it! She’s given me so many tips and tricks, and shes so easy to talk to! Everyone here is so nice and it’s super easy to get in and communicate!

My younger sister really wanted to dye her hair a gingery color a couple weekends ago and picked Walk In as her salon of choice. Phoenix did an amazing job not only with the color, but also styling her 3A curly hair! It’s always been really hard to find a stylist who knows how to work with curly hair, but Phoenix def knows what she’s doing, especially since she has curly hair herself!

Came here kinda of hesitant BUT everything worked out fabulous! Phoenix was the best and really brought my hair back to life even though it was just a cut she went all out. The place is great and other girls are nice too! Will definitely be coming back maybe for something different.

Not great for men’s haircuts, they charge 65 bucks (45 since it was my first time) and all they did was butcher my hair and try to conceal their handiwork with product. The product took days to clean out of my hair and left it feeling dry and lifeless. They also dyed my girlfriends hair a color different to what she asked them to. She asked them for a almost blonde color and they gave her a hair color of dark almond with light undertones. The outcome upset her to the point of tears and ruined our evening. This place falsely puts on airs of professionalism that ruin both hair and wallet. I recommend staying away. At the very least they did give me a refund on product I didn’t touch, but on the other hand when my girlfriend called them to ask them to change her hair and to inquire about a refund, the call ended with loads of yelling. I can hardly believe the unprofessionalism. They called us rude when we came in to ask them to fix her hair, and we were anything but rude. I remember this specific encounter well, and it went surprisingly well with the lady booking an adjustment appointment for free. They later called and left a text saying they needed to push the adjustment appointment back after Christmas. We have plans for Christmas with family, and this was an unexpected change to the plans they made themselves. This further upset my girlfriend, and at this point as her significant other I can’t just do nothing. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place really takes the cake. I hope they don’t ruin other people’s holidays. Best wishes to all of you who enter this salon.
