Julie is a wonderful, seasoned practitioner who is very knowledgeable about the bodies muscles, ligaments and tendons. I have a connective tissue disorder and she is a huge part of why I continue to move well with daily living and grandchildren. Her new location is so relaxing and you feel calm as soon as you enter. Julie is like Mary Poppins with her bag of techniques; she has something for everyone.
