Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have religiously been to Wake Up Pretty since August 2018. I’ve gotten lashed by several different lash artists and every single one has been professional and wonderful. I always get the style of lashes that I ask for. They’re very good at answering questions and letting you know what they’re doing on you. They’re great at communication and reminders too. I get email reminders, text reminders, and sometimes messages from the artist themselves if there’s a sooner day or time. They’re always so accommodating. Even with the pandemic going on. They were very good at keeping me updated on when they would reopen. They made lots of changes at the salon to keep up with health mandates, but it’s still VERY COMFORTABLE. I still get my lash naps in. I just recommend bringing your own blanket or sweater if you’re like me and need something to cover while napping/ laying down. Right now, I’ve been going to Angela for a year to get lashed and she’s the best. She’s sweet, patient, meticulous and always gives me exactly what I ask for. Once I didn’t know what style I wanted and ask her to experiment on me. She gave me the prettiest wispy lashes that I would’ve never even thought of. Recently, I got a facial done by Hannah and I was soooooooooooo happy I got it done. It was my first time ever getting a facial so I asked lots of questions and she was absolutely sweet in answering it all. I HIGHLY recommend getting a facial ESPECIALLY FROM HANNAH. I have sensitive dry skin and I left feeling so refreshed and so relaxed. I let her know my concerns like with my large pores and she made my face so smooth and clear.
