Positive: ValueI am visiting form San Antonio and I’m not a nail professional. I’m pretty easy to please. I thought about not coming because of some recent reviews and tried to find somewhere else closer to where I was staying or hanging out but it came down to convenience. I got there right at 9am and I didn’t have to wait. Tiana gave me a toe police change,french and she cut my toenails. Tiana then did a gel manicure. I thought my services were great for $50. I would recommend taking some cash because I was not able to include my tip paying on card and she totally deserved it! Also, my nails were bent and one was broken but Tiana actually put acrylic on it to keep the length which was unexpected and appreciated! I am visiting form San Antonio and I’m not a nail professional. I’m pretty easy to please. I thought about not coming because of some recent reviews and tried to find somewhere else closer to where I was staying or hanging out but it came down to convenience. Critical: QualityI went there and usually I wait maybe 15 minutes wait and they are professional and nice! but today they just said nothing not pick your color or anything and I moved seats 2 times and waited for 1 hours and they didn’t say anything. I went there and usually I wait maybe 15 minutes wait and they are professional and nice! but today they just said nothing not pick your color or anything and I moved seats 2 times and waited for 1 hours and they didn’t say anything. She then did a manicure with gel and my nails peeled off within two days. Called for a refund, and they said they don’t do those. So after damaging my nails. Not having the refund policy on your website and saying the boss isn’t in when I can clearly hear him in the background. Came in to get my dip powder removed, lady basically ripped them off my nail instead of soaking them off. She then did a manicure with gel and my nails peeled off within two days. Called for a refund, and they said they don’t do those. So after damaging my nails.
