I have been coming here for more than 15 years.. Some of the stuff has changed and because of that great improvement. The owner is extremely nice and if I have ever made a complaint she has done everything in her power power to fix it. Visited pre covid and after…they have a walk ins welcome sign, so popped in. The lady asked what I needed and I told her mani & pedi. She gave me a basket to pick a color and I waited for 45 min with no updates as to how long it would take. I understand that walk ins have to wait but a time-frame would be good so I can make a decision to wait, make an appointment or come another time. Finally since no one had acknowledged me waiting for so long I just left.

Basic job done for a pedicure. Felt like I couldn’t request any specifics with my French pedicure because the customer service is lacking friendliness. Actually I felt they were rude. I won’t return. Also they take cash only.

The owner was very rude and aggressive when I came back to get my nail fixed for the second time in 2 days. The older lady got in my face and was talking loud and aggressive because I questioned the nail tech who was fixing the same nail again. As I was walking out she told me to never come back to find somewhere else to get my nails done because I questioned why the lady was putting glue and a tip on my nail that was cracked across the nail bed. I will never go there and spend my money again. Please don’t support businesses that treat paying customers like trash.
