The staff here is awesome! They are always so kind and helpful whenever you need. I’ve been to many other tanning salons in Greenville and Wahoo has been my favorite. Their prices are affordable and I have never had to wait for a bed.

Absolutely love Wahoo!!!! I have been to all the different tanning salons in Greenville for a spray tan and wahoo is by far the best spray experience I’ve had! When I went there for my spray the staff was very friendly and supper helpful, the girl showed me to the room and was very thorough with the before spray care and made me feel supper comfortable! I got their new 1-hour spray tan and you can’t bet the price for a flawless spray done by hand! I LOVED the 1-hour spray option because I could shower after an hour and continue running my errands for the day! The spray solution they use is such a great quality solution, I left out of their looking like I had been at the beach all week and not the gross orange splotchy color like I’ve experienced from the booth at other tanning salons! The spay tan technician was very educated about spray tanning and gave me so many new tips and tricks to make my spray last! She also let me take a picture of their before and after care chart so I wouldn’t forget what to do after my shower. Overall 5 stars, 10 if that was an option! Great service and staff I was so pleased with my experience that I got a spray tan membership and will be back every week for a spray!!!! Can’t wait to be tan all year round!!

I personally don’t tan at Wahoo, but I love the manager Erin. There’s a tanning lotion from MR International (Mineral Sun) that is only sold at this salon in NC. It’s the absolute best tanning lotion I’ve ever used. She corresponded with me (I’m from Raleigh) & special ordered the product I’m absolutely IN LOVE with… I couldn’t ask for better customer service. If you love to get dark fast use the Mineral Sun product — it’s worth every bit of the money you spend.

Great place. Been going for many years, but new owner never changed out bulbs in the Spring as they have always done. Other customers have noticed as well. Will probably lose business if it continues.

I started tanning at Wahoo because I would always have to wait at least 15 mins to tan at another salon in Greenville and the employees there were always pressuring me to buy super expensive lotions even after I would say no. Wahoo is the only tanning salon in Greenville (to my knowledge) that offers a red light bed, which has become crucial to me because it helps with inflammation and skin issues. Another thing unique to Wahoo is that they do spray tans by hand with Norvell products. The spray tans are awesome and I can usually get at least a week of good wear out of one. I have gotten mystic spray tans before and used other machines and hate how orange and streaky, not to mention short lived they are. For $50.00 a month I get unlimited tanning in all levels including the red light bed, as well as one spray tan. You really can’t beat that price for what you get. The employees have always been friendly with me and can answer my questions, the beds and the building is clean, and they recently remodeled. I’ve been tanning there a year and have never had one issue.
